DCS College of Education
DCS College of Education was established under the aegis of Dr. Ram Rattan Saini Education and Welfare Trust, Gohana, Sonipat, Haryana. It is located on Mehmoodpur Road, Gohana, Sonipat, and was founded in 2007 with an initial intake of 100 seats for the B.Ed. program and 50 seats for the B.P.Ed. program
DCS stands for Duli Chand Saini, who was the father of the managing trustee of the trust. In 2008, the college expanded by increasing the B.Ed. intake to 200 seats and introduced new courses like M.Ed. (50 seats) and D.El.Ed./JBT (50 seats). In 2014, the college introduced B.P.E.S. (120 seats) and M.P.E.S. (80 seats). Initially affiliated with M.D. University, Rohtak (2007-2015), the college was later affiliated with CRSU, Jind (2016) and DCRUST, Murthal (2017-2018). As per the direction of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, the college has been affiliated to DCRUST, Murthal from the session 2020-2021 onwards.
