DCS College of Education, situated at Mehmoodpur Road, Gohana, Sonipat, Haryana, is recognized by the Northern Regional Committee – National Council for Teacher Education (NRC-NCTE), New Delhi, and is affiliated with Deen Bandhu Chotu Ram University of Science & Technology (DCRUST), Murthal, Sonipat.

- 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificates
- Graduation / post-graduation mark sheets and degree
- Character certificate from the last institution attended
- Migration and transfer certificates, where applicable
- Category, domicile and income certificates, if claiming reservation or a scholarship
- Aadhaar card and recent passport-size photographs
- Counselling or merit-list allotment letter, where applicable
